Home Access Center is an online portal for parents where they can find out about their children’s academic progress and access other resources.

HAC ALDINE
Aldine ISD offers a parent portal that allows you to easily view academic data about your students. You will need to create a HAC Aldine Account, answer the Challenge Questions and then you’ll receive an email with your login information. You will receive an email with your login details so you can log in to the Home Access Center for Aldine and access information about the students.
Note: If you wish to create a HAC Account, your email address must already be in the school of your child.
What can you do with HAC Aldine ?
The Home Access Center Account on Aldine ISD is explained in this section. You can view a lot of information about a student’s academic performance in the Home Access Center.
What kind of information can you access and view? We’ll look at the different features that HAC by Aldine has to offer and get you acquainted with the Acess Centre.
1. The Home Access Center
You can find all the information you need on the Hac Aldine website, including grades, classes, assignments, attendance, reports, transcripts, etc.
You will see the Home Access Center menu as soon as you access the HAC Aldine website. Tabs include Home, Attendance (classwork), Classes (schedule and homework), Grades, User Options, and Registration.
2. How to guard multiple students?
You can switch between students with a single click if you’re a parent of multiple children. To select which information about a student you wish to see, click the Change Studentoption.
3. Attendance Month View Page
You can check your child’s attendance by clicking on the Month View. You only need to click Monthly View.
4. Calendar Page
The Aldine Home Access Center Calendar shows a student’s monthly schedule of Class Assignments and Class Events.
Click on the Home> calendar tab to access the Calendar Page. Filtering is also an option.
5. Classroom Page
You can use the Classwork Page to see all of the student’s assignments, as well as the grades they received from their teachers. To display the classwork page, you can click on Classes in the Home Access Center.
There are different ways to view your assignments. You can view the assignments in different ways.
You can also view tasks by their due dates. This option can be selected by clicking Sort> Due Date > Update View. On the Classwork Page, you can also find details about coursework, attachments to courses, and details of assignments.
6. Demographic page
This page contains all of the personal and basic information about the student. The name, date of birth, gender, grade and teacher are all examples. This information can be updated by selecting Edit and then Save.
To display the demographic page, click on the Register button in the Home Access Center.
7. Interim Progress Page
Visit the IRP to see the most recent Interim Progress Report of the student. What is an Interim Progress Report exactly?
The Interim Progress Page (IRP) is a student-specific report that contains basic information about the course, including Course Name, Description, Periods of Classes, Rooms and more. Click the grades tab to access the Interim Progress Page.
This page contains information on the IRP’s past reports, as well as much more.
8. Report Page
This page contains the most recent Report Card. This page contains all of the information you need to know about your child’s performance, including grades, attendance and classes taken.
There is also an overall percentage scale to help parents understand the meaning of each grade.
To access the Report Card section of the HAC, click on grades > Report Card. You can view previous reports by simply clicking the previous card. (if available)
9. School Link Page
This page is dedicated to referring you and your student to useful resources. Click on the link in any text that has a clickable hyperlink, such as this. You will be directed to a resource.
You can access the School Links Page by selecting Home > School Links from the HAC Menu.
10. Test Scores Page
Parents are most interested in the Test Scores Page. Parents want to know how their children are performing on tests, exams and graded assessments.
You can access the Test Scores Page by clicking on strong>Grades /strong>>. Click on Scores> Scores to access the Scores Page.
11. Page Transcript
This page contains information about the academic performance of your student. This information includes both the past and current performance of the student.
This page shows you the student’s personal information, such as their birth date, phone number, etc., so that you don’t have to switch pages. This page also contains the student’s contact information such as their phone number, birthdate, and so on.
You can also group results by course, term, report card run, year, subject area, etc.
Click on Grades> Transcript in the HAC Menu to access the Transcript Page.
12. Weekly View Page
Week View Page: This page provides all information regarding Attendance, Schedule, Discipline Incidences, Averages of Courses and Assignments. It’s because it organizes the information weekly that the Week View Page was named. You can, for example, view the information relevant to the week.
You can also see the information for the week that is currently running as well as the weeks before. This page also contains information about the class schedule.
You can easily access the Week View Page by clicking on the home and then you will see it.
13. My account:
You need all of the details about your child. A tab is needed for you to see all your information on HAC Aldine. The My Account tab. This tab allows you to view and edit your personal details, as well as change your password or username.
